A small part of it. Most units come from transport partners who have passed our verification. Responsibility to you stays with Dewanta Global Nusantara, from loading to handover.
For land and domestic sea freight, a written quote within 30 minutes during business hours. Project cargo and international shipments take 1 working day because they need a route study or rates from agents.
Cost depends on the route, unit, schedule and type of goods, and partner prices change with the season. A general rate card would often be wrong, so we give a written figure for each request instead.
There is no minimum number of shipments. For land, the smallest unit is one CDE truck. For sea, LCL starts from 1 m³.
Land freight across Java, Sumatra and Bali, plus inter-island via ferry crossings. Sea freight to the main ports across Indonesia. International through our agent network in destination countries.
Use the Track shipment page with the job number from your coordinator. The status is updated at every checkpoint, and your coordinator also keeps you posted on WhatsApp.
Usually 1–2 days with a dedicated unit. Long holidays and restrictions on three-axle trucks can add a day; we share the schedule with your quote.
Yes, for routes within a city or between nearby cities, as long as warehouse opening hours at both ends allow it.
By default, the shipper at the loading site and the consignee at the unloading site. If needed, we can provide extra crew at a cost stated in the quote.
Your coordinator lets you know before the loading time passes, with a new estimated time. If we are more than 3 hours late through our own fault, you are not charged any waiting fee.
For land freight we only run dedicated units, one unit per client. This keeps schedules and responsibility clear.
The most common causes are incomplete documents and vessel queues. We check documents before stuffing and monitor vessel schedules daily. If goods are still held, you hear from us the same day, with the options and their costs.
When a container is not collected from the port before the free time ends, usually 3–5 days. We remind you before the free time runs out and schedule collection early.
LCL is usually cheaper below about 15 m³. Above that, a 20 ft FCL is often cheaper and faster because it does not wait for consolidation.
Not always. Weather and port congestion can shift the schedule by 1–3 days. That is why we always give estimates as a range, not a fixed date.
Yes, if you choose our cargo insurance. Cover includes damage and loss in transit, including loading and unloading at the port.
An initial study takes 1–2 working days from your data and technical drawings. If a site survey is needed, the final quote follows 3–5 working days after the survey.
The initial study is free. A field survey for long or remote routes may be charged, with the fee stated upfront and deducted from the project value if you go ahead.
We tell you at the initial study stage, together with alternatives: another route, a sea leg, or temporary reinforcement. We never start mobilisation on a route that is not yet viable.
We do, including road dispensations, coordination with the transport agency (Dishub) and police, and lifting overhead cables with PLN, the state electricity company, when needed.
Dimensions and weight per unit, origin and site locations, and the ROS (required on site) date. Technical drawings and lifting points speed up the study and can follow later.
Yes. PIB (import declaration) and PEB (export declaration) filings are made with a licensed customs broker (PPJK). We check HS codes and document consistency before filing to reduce the risk of the red lane.
If you are a buyer new to importing, CIF or DAP is simpler. If you want control over shipping costs, FOB. We can help you compare the total cost.
Local charges at the origin and destination ports, documents, clearance, trucking, insurance, and import duties and taxes. We itemise every component in the quote, never as a lump sum.
The green lane usually takes 1–2 working days. The red lane, with a physical inspection, can take 3–7 working days depending on the inspection queue.
Yes, as long as the permit from the relevant agency is in place before the goods arrive. We help check whether your goods are restricted before shipment.
New clients pay 50% upfront and the balance after handover. After three smooth shipments, 14- or 30-day terms are available under a service agreement.
Only when something unplanned happens, such as waiting time on site or a change of address. Those costs are only invoiced after you approve them in writing.
Note the damage on the delivery note at handover, photograph the goods and packaging, then submit through the Claims page within 72 hours. Our team responds within 1 working day.
For insured shipments, 14 working days on average once the documents are complete. Without insurance, compensation follows the limits in our terms and conditions.
