Our story
Dewanta Global Nusantara was founded in 2019 in Surabaya. Its founder had spent ten years handling factory logistics and was tired of the same pattern: hard-to-reach vendors, late trucks, and news that only arrived after something had gone wrong.
We chose not to buy hundreds of trucks. Instead we built a team of coordinators and a verification standard, then worked with the best transporters in each city. The result: the right unit is available sooner, with one party responsible from loading to handover.

How we work with transport partners
Partners own the trucks on the road. Responsibility to you stays with us. That is why every partner goes through these three stages.

Selection
At least 3 years in operation, a fleet that fits the route, and references from two corporate clients.

Verification
NIB, vehicle registration and KIR roadworthiness tests are checked. Units are physically inspected. The first three orders are supervised by a coordinator.

Monitoring
On-time performance, claims and complaints are reviewed every month. Partners below standard for two months in a row are deactivated.
