- Update clients on status at every point of the journey
- Handle issues in the field and record their causes
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or higher, any major
- 1 year of experience in logistics or freight operations
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and WhatsApp Business
Responsibilities
- Check invoices, packing lists and HS codes before filing
- Prepare PEB (export) and PIB (import) declarations with the customs broker
- Coordinate with agents in partner countries
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in customs or international trade
- Understanding of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Good written English

- Follow up quote requests from manufacturers and distributors
- Prepare quotes together with the operations team
- Look after relationships with 30–40 active accounts
