Terms and conditions of service

1.Definitions

1. 1.1"We" means Dewanta Global Nusantara and the transport partners it appoints.
2. 1.2"Shipper" means the party that requests the service and accepts the written quote.
3. 1.3"Job" means a single shipping order with its own job number.

2.Scope of service

1. 2.1We arrange road, sea, project cargo and freight forwarding shipments as set out in the written quote.
2. 2.2Units may be supplied by transport partners we have verified. We remain responsible to the shipper.

3.Shipper obligations

1. 3.1Provide accurate cargo information, including type, weight, dimensions and value.
2. 3.2Pack goods according to their nature so they travel safely.
3. 3.3Do not hand over goods that appear on the prohibited goods list.

4.Prices and payment

1. 4.1Prices follow the written quote accepted by the shipper.
2. 4.2Charges outside the quote are only billed after the shipper approves them in writing.
3. 4.3Payment terms follow the service agreement or the terms stated in the quote.

5.Liability and its limits

1. 5.1We are liable for loss or damage from the moment goods are loaded until they are handed over.
2. 5.2For uninsured shipments, compensation is capped at 10 times the freight charge or the value of the goods, whichever is lower.
3. 5.3We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, including extreme weather, disasters and road closures by the authorities.

6.Dispute resolution

1. 6.1Disputes are first settled by mutual discussion within 30 days.
2. 6.2If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled at the Surabaya District Court.
