This list protects you, our drivers and other cargo in the same unit. Check it before you book, because prohibited goods are refused at the loading point.

- Corrosive or toxic chemicalsRequires an MSDS, UN labels and a unit licensed for hazardous goods (B3). Special permit
Living things
- Live animalsWe do not provide units for live animals. Prohibited
- Plants and seedlingsInter-island shipments need a plant quarantine certificate. Special permit
High-value goods
- Cash, securities and precious metalsPlease use a specialist valuables courier. Prohibited
- Artwork and antiquesRequires insurance at an agreed value and specialist packing. Special permit
Legally restricted goods
- Narcotics and psychotropic substancesProhibited under any circumstances. Prohibited
- Firearms and bladed weaponsIncluding replicas that resemble them. Prohibited
- Medicines and medical devicesRequires a BPOM or Ministry of Health distribution permit. Special permit
Temperature-controlled goods
- Frozen and chilled foodOnly in refrigerated units; we arrange one when available on the route. Special permit
