This is for you if

  • You ship regular stock to distributors in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku or Papua.
  • Your volume does not fill a container, but it still has to ship every week.
  • You are moving trucks, company vehicles or wheeled heavy equipment to another island.
  • You want one party to handle the trucks, the port and the vessel together.

Three ways to ship by sea

Not sure which to choose? Just enter the volume and type of goods in the form. Your coordinator will work out which costs less.

FCL · full container

Choose it when your cargo is over about 15 m³ or must be sealed at your own warehouse.

20 ft or 40 ft · sails on the next available vessel

LCL · shared container

Choose it when your cargo is under 15 m³ and you can follow the weekly consolidation schedule.

From 1 m³ · priced per m³ or per ton

RoRo · wheeled vehicles

Choose it when the cargo can drive or be towed onto the vessel: trucks, cars, wheeled heavy equipment.

Priced per unit, based on vehicle size and weight

Frequently asked questions

This is a real risk. The most common causes are incomplete documents, unloading queues and weather. We prevent it by checking documents two days before loading, tracking berthing schedules daily, and telling you as soon as anything shifts. The free storage period and the charges after it are stated in the quote, so there are no surprise bills.

Cargo insurance is optional, and we recommend it for every sea shipment. The premium is based on the invoice value, with cover up to IDR 5 billion per shipment. Without insurance, compensation follows only the carrier’s liability limit, which is usually far below the value of the goods.

The estimates in the table are port-to-port sailing times. Waiting time for the vessel and land delivery are added in the quote, along with a confirmed departure date.

From 1 m³. Smaller shipments can still go at the minimum rate, which we state in the quote.

Some goods are prohibited or need special permits, such as explosives and certain chemicals. Permitted dangerous goods must come with an MSDS. See the full list on the Prohibited goods page.

Yes. Use your job number on the Track shipment page. The status shows the container number, vessel name and every movement at the port.
